About Isabelle Lee
The Heart Behind
Belle & Paws
Isabelle grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a deep love for dogs that has always been part of her. Like many, she followed a conventional path - graduating from the University of Wollongong, Australia and starting her career as an auditor at a Big Four accounting firm. It made sense on paper, but her heart was always elsewhere.

Over time, that love became something she couldn't ignore, and she chose to pursue dog grooming professionally in Australia, where she trained, worked in salons, and gained recognition through competitions.
​
Today, she brings that experience back to Malaysia with a clear vision - to create a calm, thoughtful grooming space where every dog is treated with patience, care, and genuine attention, and where groomers feel supported and proud of their work.

At Belle & Paws, we prioritise a calm, unhurried approach to grooming. Each session is approached with patience, kindness, and a thoughtful, intentional process - creating a calm and reassuring experience you and your dog can trust.
We believe that true quality comes from care - guided by skill and experience. That a beautiful groom should always be paired with a positive emotional experience - because they are truly part of the family.
And just as we care for every dog, we also believe in creating a supportive, respectful environment for the people behind the craft - because great grooming begins with a calm and valued team.
